Details of how Kier Property Management sorely neglected and mismanaged this Utah landmark • Endangered the lives of tenants and their own employees • Violated building, health, safety and fire codes • Made numerous illegal / un-permitted repairs • Breached almost every term, paragraph, and provision of our contract together, and • Misappropriated tens of thousands of dollars in phony maintenance, management, and repair charges, for work that was never done and • Participated in bank fraud.

BACK TO NOVEMBER, 2009:

On November 4, 2009, Kier employee Terri Muchmore, sent me an email asking me what I would need from Kier when our contract terminated on November 30, 2009. This was my response to that email.

... Still having trouble believing that she even asked me this question... in writing!

Evidently, I was correct in my assumption that Kier intended to keep every last thing that I did not specifically ask for....

I have yet to receive many of the items I had requested from Kier... a year later. (in violation of our contract)
