According to Kier's own attorney, Byron Benevento of Snell & Wilmer (SLC), "Kier Property Management did everything they were contractually obligated to do", with regards to maintaining the property's infrastructure.
Clearly, Mr Benevento is either:
- Unfamiliar with which property I am referring to; or -
- He suffers from an extreme lack of comprehension of the English language; or -
- HE'S A DELUSIONAL, COMPULSIVE LIAR WHO NEEDS SOME SERIOUS HELP
According to paragraph 10-a of my contract with Kier, they were required to give special attention to, "Preventative Maintenance" at the building.... and a signed contract trumps a lying lawyer, any day of the week.
With regard to paragraph 10 (all sub-sections) of my contract with Kier... Please note that the following conditions are in no way acceptable to the owner, under ANY circumstance ... EVER.
Preventative Maintenance Huh?
